At Denaro Club, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@denaroclub.com with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization if your request is approved.

5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@denaroclub.com with photos and details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
